Avenue de la République, which is where our hotel lies, is a business and residential district just 8 minutes from the city centre. It is home to various authorities and businesses, and various health services, including the university hospitals the CHU Estaing and the CHU de Clermont-Ferrand.
This long artery, Avenue de la République, connects Clermont and Montferrand, and is the face of an authentic district that has its own feel of a “real city”.
Le Magnetic is also close to the Polydome (6 minutes on foot), Clermont-Ferrand’s exhibition and conference centre. It plays hosts to major fairs, conventions and seminars throughout the year.
